- Sourcing and screening. We find candidates through our own talent pipeline and vet them before you ever see a CV.
- Legal employment. Every hire is on BC Marketing’s payroll, under Philippine employment law, correctly and on time.
- Workspace and equipment. We provide the physical or remote setup your team needs to actually do the job.
- Compliance, ongoing. Statutory contributions, local labor requirements, and payroll taxes are handled continuously, not as an afterthought.
- Your direction, unchanged. None of the above touches how the work gets done — that stays entirely with you.
