How we work
Build your offshore team, step by step.
The same process whether you’re hiring one person or standing up a full department.
The process
Four steps, start to finish
We source
You tell us the role and what matters most — skills, experience, availability. We search and screen candidates from our own Manila-based talent pipeline against that brief.
You interview
We hand you a shortlist, not a single pick. You interview and choose exactly like you would for a local hire — because it’s your call, not ours.
We employ & house
Once you’ve chosen, BC Marketing becomes the legal employer: payroll, statutory contributions, local compliance, and a workspace, all handled continuously.
You manage
Day-to-day direction, tasks, and performance stay entirely with you. We stay out of the way of the actual work.
What we build
Teams across every function
A single hire or a full department — the process doesn’t change.
Marketing & creative
Designers, copywriters, paid ads specialists, campaign and content coordinators.
Finance & accounting
Bookkeepers, accountants, reconciliation, payables, and reporting support.
Admin & operations
Virtual assistants, customer support, back-office and logistics coordination.
E-commerce operations
Listing management, order support, inventory coordination for online sellers.
Technical & data
Data processing, QA, and process-driven technical support roles.
Something else?
If you can describe the role, we can likely source for it. Tell us what you need.
Common questions
Before you reach out
Who actually employs the person?
BC Marketing does. They’re on our payroll under Philippine law, which is what makes the arrangement legal on both sides without you needing a local entity.
Who manages their day-to-day work?
You do, entirely. We handle the employment relationship; you handle tasks, direction, and performance, the same as any other member of your team.
How long does it take to get someone in place?
It depends on the role, but our shortlist-first process is built to move faster than a from-scratch local hiring cycle.
Tell us what you need to build
One role or a whole function — tell us what you’re building and we’ll get back to you.
